Due to Governor Baker’s new emergency measures announced on March 15th, and out of an abundance of caution related to COVID-19. BCAC doors are closed to the public, but our staff are still working to assist you.

Our staff is still working to process Fuel Assistance applications and VITA tax preparation, please call (413)-445-4503 (Pittsfield/ South) or 413-663-3014 (North). You can drop off your materials to any of our offices using our mail slot.

Our VITA volunteers are still working to process VITA applications. Please click on the button below to find materials that you need to drop off to our offices, and drop your materials off in our mail slots. We will call you at a later date to review your application and sign the documents.
